Shipping policy

Shipping Method:

Shipping via USPS Priority or UPS within U.S. only, unless says otherwise. Shipment take 90% of time will takes 2-3 days for delivery

Shipping Time:

We only ship fish on Monday and Tuesday to make sure fish arriving in shortest shipping time possible and no weekend layover.

For USPS Priority Express or UPS 2nd day, Overnight, OR order from Southern California, we will also ship out on Wed.

Usually package will be delivered to you on Wednesday or Thursday. Be expected to receive your fishes, check your tracking number and get notify via text message so you don't miss a delivery. Have your tank ready and acclimate them properly. Fishes are known to fade colors when stress due to shipping, give them a day to rest in heated cycled tank and they will get better very soon.

Cancel Order:

Cancel order after 12 hours for livestocks will be charge 30% restock fee. Please consider before placing order.

We won't be able to hold fishes, except only when weather are not safe to ship fishes safely.
